Train1on1 is an education, development and employment service for qualified football coaches around the world. As a web-based service, train1on1 operates on an international scale, providing a variety of services for both qualified coaches and the people who require their services.
Education
At train1on1 we feel that it is integral that coaches are continually building on their qualifications in order to help improve and develop their own skills as well as the skills of their players. Train1on1 offers a variety of educational opportunities to its members including access to the Bolton Wanderers Coach Education Programme in which our members can benefit from the expertise and experience of coaches from the top end of the UK footballing market.

Development
At train1on1 we pride ourselves on offering the very best in progression and development opportunities for our members. Throughout the course of the year a number of professional development courses will be on offer to our members calling on the expertise of a variety of top industry professionals and organisations. Members will also receive weekly e-resources (dependant on membership level) offering new and innovative coaching methods and drills and the latest sports science / performance enhancement articles. Further drills and articles will be offer to members within our dedicated ‘Coaches’ Corner’.

Employment
Train1on1 bridges the gap between football coaches and the people who require their expertise. We offer a suite of support services for coaches to help them gain a route into the market and satisfy the increasing demand for football coaching. Train1on1 members (silver and gold) will receive weekly e-updates on current coaching positions and opportunities. Through working alongside MLS camps and Gap Sports we can also offer access to coaching positions in the USA, Ghana, South Africa and Costa Rica.

Our beliefs
Football has come a long way in the last few years and the money now involved in the sport defies belief. It has now been realised that in order to create a team that can challenge for the top; they must invest in creating players of the future. This more affordable way of creating a team is becoming the norm and so football associations around the world and the clubs themselves are now putting more emphasis on this area and in particular the coaches needed to develop these players.
- We believe that in order to mould the stars of the future, coaches must continually grow and develop their own skills in order to introduce new and innovative methods of coaching for their players.
- We believe that by offering continual support and development opportunities to coaches, we can create healthier nations that are better equipped to compete at international level.
Our aims
Sport and health are now an integral part of modern society. Many initiatives and schemes are in place to encourage our generation to become more active and participate more regularly in sport. Train1on1 strive to help continually improve and develop of the game as a whole so that football is accessible to any one.
